A Welcome From Mr Rudy,

For many years I worked in business after receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

 

I was in stock brokerage initially, and later territory and account management for Fortune 200 manufacturing firm and a Fortune 100 Transportation Service Firm.

 

Many years later, I found myself as a touring musician, and opened up a record label, recording studio and finally, an art and music gallery. Later I discovered that revenues from teaching guitar were surpassing CD sales. Ask yourself, when was the last time you bought a CD?

 

When I found myself back in California in 2013, I went back to The University of Redlands to get my teaching certificate in History and Social Studies. To widen my net in efforts to land a full time position, I am back in school completing my CTE in Arts Media and Entertainment. My goal is to work with creative students, sharing my skills and experiences so that they may figure out how to make a career out of what gives them passion: The Arts! Or as the case may be, a History/Government tearcher.
